During our interview process of prospective realtors, Heidi Castain exhibited a great deal of energy and enthusiasm which won us over, and she delivered as anticipated and exceeded our expectations dramatically. Heidi presented "ballpark" suggestions for pricing our property, but in the end we had the final say. Her approach to marketing our property used every aspect of available technology making it extremely effective and efficient. Examples were the way in which prospective buyers had to text a number shown on the yard sign to obtain an appointment to view the property, Zillow.com, digital lock box, etc. From the first interview with Heidi the end of June until the closing two months later Heidi kept us fully informed resulting in selling our property for the asking price. We highly recommend Heidi Castain to be your realtor of choice!

Heidi is awesome she works very very very hard for her clients. I love the fact she is honest and she really goes to bat for you. She always got back to me in a timely manner, and did so with such great knowledge. She worked with us and kept us in the loop with everything that was happening; I never felt in the dark. She worked with such a great attitude and I loved working with her. I am going to recommend her to everyone I know that is buying or selling their homes.
