Heidi helped us sell our last home and when it finally came time to buy again there was no doubt that she would be our agent! She is absolutely on top of things and such a great agent. Heidi was a great listener and did an amazing job helping us with this great big decision. She was caring, helpful and completely understanding that our 4 year old needed to be part of the process. Heidi helped us with our inspection and went above and beyond when quotes were needed on a few items that we needed fixed. Heidi is so good at communicating and always on time. She really got to know our family and what our needs and wants were. She wasn't pushy at all and extremely patient. Even when we found homes that seemed perfect and we just didn't feel right about them, she was understanding and supportive.

Heidi took a survey of my general needs and wants, scheduled a time to go looking while she would dig up some listings. Looking at houses Heidi asked questions, sought feedback on the houses and took note for future houses to look at. Everybody has different likes and dislikes and I always felt she was looking out for mine and not her own. Plus making sure I got what I wanted :) The process can be painful, being the buyer or seller, but Heidi got me through the buying process and was on top of everything - from connecting me with a lender (when my initial choice did not pan out), to setting up an inspection after offer was negotiated and accepted and to being on top of other agent responding as well as title company. Heidi also has a WONDERFUL team to work with - it will take a village to get through the process :) I recommend that Heidi be your realtor! She is absolutely wonderful!!!

When I started looking I had a large area I was considering. Heidi help me work through the options that made the best financial sense as well as worked with my families needs. Heidi worked with the loan officers and homeowners to quickly resolve issues that threatened the deal. I highly recommend using Heidi for your home purchase
