Seller reviewI wish I would have hired Chris when I first put my house on the market as I feel my house would have sold much quicker. But I am thankful that I found Chris and he sold my house in a very short time. Chris is the best.

Seller reviewWe selected Chris initially because he had sold several properties on our street, some more than once. We felt confident that he knew the market in our neighborhood . Our experience with Chris was a pleasure from the beginning to the successful closing. He is a consummate professional in every way - always returned calls or e-mails in a timely manner, answered questions in a straight forward way, and fairly assessed the strengths and weaknesses of our property. We felt confident of a good outcome with Chris and it's easy to see why he is the number one realtor in Inverness!

Seller reviewI initially listed my house with another Realtor for three months. They were terrible. In three months they only had 3 showings and only had three Realtors at their open house (I asked where are your Realtor colleagues and friends?) I then retained Chris Jacob of Century 21 Affiliated. Super job right away with review and modification of pricing, photos, house staging, advertising and so on. Once listed It was shown about 20 times in two weeks with seven showing on one Saturday. Ended up with 3 offers. During a painful and drawn out wait for buyers to get the mortgage in place, take care of some inspection issues, and so on, Chris was always on top of it all. Very Professional. Hire Chris if you have a property in or near his sales area.

Because we moved out of state, we relied on him to help manage all aspects of the sale process. He recommended at home manager that we engaged to help stage and present the house in the best possible way. He kept us informed on other transactions that were affecting our property value in real time. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone considering either a sale or purchase of a home.
