Seller reviewWith us being out of state Krissy Ludricks went over and above getting our home ready for market. She found cost effective repair people to get the house ready for sale. She made sure everyone was paid and expenses were covered. She made sure everything was taken care of. The customer service and friendliness was more of a friend than just a realtor. For being so far away it was an enjoyable experience. We would definitely use her again if we ever needed to.

The first people that saw the house bought it, but it took awhile for the closing to occur due to the buyers having a sale on their property fall through. Through diligence and patience Christie stayed on top of things to see our interests and sale was completed.
