Buyer reviewKaren was an amazing person to have by our side throughout the transaction. Her general knowledge of real estate, her specific knowledge of northern VA, and her even more specific knowledge of Old Town was remarkable. She never let us settle for anything less than the best, even when we were fatigued by the process and prepared to (wrongly) do so. Buyer reviewWe are experienced real estate buyers and sellers. This closing was by far the most difficult that we have experienced. The problem was not on our side but on the seller side. Karen made the very difficult situation better. She was supported extremely well by the broker ,Todd Hetherington ,who also came in at a crucial time to ensure that the deal would close.
