Seller reviewErin was the consummate realtor. We now reside on the mainland and needed someone with Erin's credentials to represent us. She responded to us as if we were her only clients but we knew that was not the case. She had weekly open houses, took care of some minor repairs and overall took care of our local needs. Buyer reviewWe began our search for a new home online using search engines on various sites (Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Zillow, Trulia). Several agents contacted us; however, Erin Evans was more knowledgeable of the locations we were interested in and provided solid daily updates of available properties. The real estate market in Hawaii is very different from the mainland and the buying experience presented us with some less than optimal situations. Erin performed her job exceptionally and handled several unforeseen issues that cropped up with the bank and lender that could have negatively impacted our closing.

Buyer reviewMs. Evans is a vary talented sale person and always has a positive attitude, I like the flexibility that she allowed me with my work schedule. She was quite understanding with the demands that I gave her and applied them in location and design. Her style of providing what was asked of her is quite unique. She would show you the place and let you do the looking, she was not over powering....... like trying to push it on you to make the sale. I hate that! She was vary professional and could answer the question or had the answer before you got in your car. She is a caring and loving Mom and her interdiction with that went a long way, it also showed a trust it made the relationship stronger in giving the client something in common beside the selling and buying of a house. She made it friendly and personal.
