Being out of town and selling during the pandemic meant that we were going to rely heavily on our broker for non-core brokerage activities. Kelly let us know this would be no problem. And it wasn't. Kelly recommended and oversaw some paint work, coordinated the staging, produced together great marketing materials, attended every showing, and was very effective in leading the negotiations. I have a great deal of brokerage experience and my expectations are high. Kelly Galvin exceeded them in every category. My sister and I highly recommend Kelly and her team.
