Buyer reviewKelly had helped a family friend (The Dunnicliffe's) with a re-location move. They raved of her great service and knowledge of the real estate process and the area of San Clemente. She was available at any time to answer all of our questions. Being new 1st time home buyers we were nervous and very inexperienced in the world of real estate. Kelly was very informative and held our hands through the whole process. She explained everything step by step and made us feel comfortable in an uncomfortable time. The whole team was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the whole process.

Seller reviewWe had multiple buyers and chose a buyer that came with complications. Kelly explained everything in detail so we were very aware that the closing could take time. It did, but it didn't seem that complicated. Kelly was on top of everything, kept us well informed, anticipated questions we might have, and worked with the buyers and their representative so everyone was comfortable. The transparency in this transaction by all parties was impressive. We think Kelly had a lot to do with creating that atmosphere.
