Mike Griffin contacted us within an hour or so of getting referred to us from a good friend of ours in NM. He listened to our list of 'wants' and understood the urgency of our home search and the extra concerns of being an out of state buyer. The very next day Mike met me at the airport and had a list of potential properties based on our needs and wants, and was quite agile in adding to/changing his initial list of homes based on my comments as we went through a few homes. The next day brought an even more refined and targeted list of homes to see, and by the afternoon a decision was made to put in an offer. Mike got all the offer paperwork ready for us to sign extremely quickly since we lived out of state and continued to be very proactive, communicating with us immediately and answering our questions. Mike and his broker staff had everything lined up for us in terms of inspections, lender options, docs to be reviewed and signed, etc., making the process practically worry-free and very smooth, again responding immediately to questions that popped up on our side. He represented our needs and interests with utmost professionalism, knowledge and advocacy. When a few wrinkles came up regarding the sale, Mike was right on it, dug into the concerns and answers, explained everything to us and kept the process moving. Mike went that extra mile in making sure that we were purchasing a good home He got people lined up to get work done that inspections required I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a great realtor.

I can only reiterate what I have previously said. Mike Griffin was on top of things from the beginning. He found me. I did not find him. He was calm, non-pushy and professional from first meeting until today. I am certain if I called him today, he would respond and we closed over a week ago. Seems like he's always working. I would definitely call him should I want to sell another one of my houses and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
