We know how to move and make home decisions in a short amount of time and can be very demanding in order to get as much done in a short time as possible. My wife and I were living in Florida when Mike contacted us on a Tuesday, we provided him with a starting list of 20 homes told him we would be there on Thursday for house hunting through Monday. We found a house we loved and we were under contract by Friday afternoon. They were able to accommodate in a short timeframe and learned what we found important and found the home we loved. If you are a family with a short timeframe for house hunting, Mike will be able to help. He has a firm knowledge of the surrounding areas and the housing marked and the businesses that can affect supply of homes.
