Buyer reviewWe were very nervous about purchasing a home in the Northern Virginia area. Working with Kate Christofides made the whole process, from start to finish, very easy. She was available and made the time to answer all of our questions. She always responded to our calls, texts, or emails either immediately or shortly after. She linked us with all of the people needed to finalize the sale. She was able to give us good feedback on the value of our potential purchase, as well as trying to have it suit our family's needs. Moreover, She was able to secure a wonderful purchase price. Which made us even more confident in her. As a military family, she was a recommendation from another military family, and we will recommend her to our friends and family. She is simply the best.

Because we lived in Texas, Kate saved us hundreds of dollars on airline tickets by taking care of so much on our behalf. When we did fly into Maryland, she personally picked us up from the airport and drove us around the area to help get familiarized with everything before meeting with our builder about the house. The building process was a breeze thanks to her. Every request we had, she took care of it and we can't thank her enough!!! Kate is one of a kind We really appreciate her!

She will give you lots of recommendations of what to look for when purchasing a home and to keep in mind for resale value.

I feel like Kate could sense when I was unsure of what something meant or what I could do, and give me examples and explanations that helped give me enough information to make my own informed decision. She was very nice and was available at all times whenever I needed her. If I ever buy a house in the area again, I would without a doubt look for Kate to be my realtor.

Other realtoras that had contacted me decided to just text message and send multiple, unhelpful emails before calling and introducing themselves.
