I was a first time home buyer and Kate took me completely through the process from start to finish. She was always available to take my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. She got me a great deal on exactly the house I was looking for and I would recommend her 100%!

Kate is amazing and the best real estate agent I have worked with in the last 12 years!! I have purchased three times, in different states, but working with her made me feel at ease. After several military moves across the country, I decided to settle down and buy a home in MD in 2014 when I started working at JBA. Fortunately, she was also up for the challenge when I had to sell it due to unforeseen circumstances in 2017/2018. She has always made herself available to thoroughly discuss what is needed for a smooth transaction. She has a tremendous amount of industry knowledge and if she comes across something she doesn't know, she finds out and responds FAST. The selling process took longer than anyone expected, at no fault of her own, and it was under contract in a matter of days!! Kate made sure I was kept in the loop and understood each step in the process. Not to mention the fact that she invested a lot of her time, even during the holidays, to ensure we had the best chance possible of selling during the winter months. Kate has a heart of gold and truly cares about her client's needs and desires when it comes to buying or selling your home.

I've known Kate since 2002. She's been one of a handful dear friends of mine. Of those friends, I'd say very few of them I'd trust with my life. One of them-just one-I'd trust with finding, securing, and brokering my house. Just to be clear, I'm talking about Kate! In all seriousness, I went into this transaction about as dumb as one can be. I placed all trust in Kate's judgement for all aspects, from knowing exactly what areas we wanted to look for (i.e. listening to our needs) to how to craft the very best offer and through the entire process. She's even going to help me move! (She doesn't know that yet... and don't count on that for you!) In another way to put it, the first offer we put on a house-in one of the most competitive areas in the DC area-we won. This was because of Kate.

Kate Christofides always made herself available to us during the house hunting process. Being from out of state, we would arrive with little notice and Kate was always there to help us. Her knowledge of the local area and schools was invaluable.

Kate is one of the best realtors we have worked with. She is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Being a long-distance client, Kate assisted us in finding our home after our first offer fell through. She toured four additional houses for us and walked us through the inspection via video chat. We were able to close on a house in less than a month largely due to Kate - she didn't let a single thing slip through the cracks. We would definitely recommend her, and will use her again for future transactions.
