Seller reviewFrom the get-go, we felt very comfortable with Marty, and that she would get the job done! When we were finally ready to get the ball rolling, and list our home of 25 years, Marty told us we would have offers within the first weekend. She sure knows her stuff! She handled everything that came our way with the utmost knowledge, skill and perseverance. I cannot say enough about her staff also! Each and every one of them are a real pleasure to work with. Seller reviewI met Marty at a particularly trying point in my life. My dad had just passed away and I found myself in the position of settling his affairs including closing his house. I randomly contacted Marty from her page at Zillow. Initially I only thought to get some information and advise as to what my next step might be. Marty assessed the situation in a manner of minutes and after a quick walk through the house, Marty came up with a starting point and she did so without pushing and with respect. That same afternoon she had her people at the house and later potential buyers. I could believe how fast her crew was! There were times when they faster than I was, but they never rushed me or made me feel awkward. Overall I have to say that I've never seen a service group move so quickly and efficiently. I know I'm not the center of the universe, but the Marty Rodriguez Experience made me feel that way. Thanks Marty!
