Buyer reviewRichard and Selena helped work with us and the minor set backs we had to hurdle through once moving across the country....it was a huge step for our family of 4 and the fur babies. We just connected so well with them- so personable, relatable and trustworthy. There were of course a few obstacles when buying a new built house, which wasn't our intention when starting the new home process again in a new state but Selena just helped us figure out the right path to help get our needs/wants met. It was kind of a hard time (especially during the week of closing) with the new builders being quite shady and using short cut methods, along with their lack of communication to us as home buyers including Selena and Richard- but these two exceptional folks stood by our sides making sure things were done correctly and in a timely manner in order for us to get closed on time due to our jobs and our kids' school. We appreciate everything they have done for us! Thank you Richard and Selena!!
