Richard and Selena House put me at ease with the selling of this house. There were a lot of trials and tribulations that arose with the house, as it was a OLDER house. However, Richard and Selena walked me through each of the trials that came up. They helped me deal with them and we moved on. I had just lost my spouse and was dealing with the selling of this home by myself. Plus, living out of town and having to come up to a house that looked like a Hoarder had lived there was enough to drive me over the edge. They put me at ease from Day #1 .They made me feel that I wasn't by myself. They were there with me through every step of the proceedings. From getting the yard maintenance taken care of, and from cleaning all the 'Stuff" out of the house. And also not just cleaning the house out, but finding someone that could use some of the belongings (such as the Salvation Army). I would recommend Richard and Selena House for being there for the seller when you can't physically be there. They represented me and communicated with me, the seller, in every step of the process.

Genuine kindness and care were on full display, and I was treated like family! This will not soon be forgotten! Doors have been opened for me and my family, and we are inherently grateful for the time and care that were ever present! My home buying business stays with Richard, Selena, and Century 21! Richard and Selena House are extremely approachable and friendly! They were understanding and patient with me, being a young, first time home buyer. When buying my house, I was living out of state and did not have many opportunities to come to tour the houses in person. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with what I was purchasing. Overall, they were extremely knowledgeable of the area and provided multiple resources to help me.
