Seller reviewRichard's ability to build total trust is remarkable. I just felt that he could or would just handle it. He made it comfortable to just let him run with it. Any time a doubt or issue seemed to build in my mind I'd just give him a call on his cell phone and he would settle my mind in moments. Basically I just did it the way he said. I just knew he would do exactly what was best. We just moved out and let him do it all......and no we didn't feel that we needed to go to the closing. Richard thank you for putting our minds at rest, you're the man ! I'd like to add that Richards very successful military career is much appreciated and weighed heavily in my confidence in him. A man of character!

He made sure he was available for us when we went to NC and not only showed us houses but the different counties around where we were looking to make sure we picked the one that suited us.
