Seller reviewWhitney is truly a full service realtor. She mopped my hardwood floors before the photo shoot since it was after an open house. Whitney arranged to be at the house multiple times for house warranty appointments. She knew our neighborhood well enough to price our house perfectly. We had a ratified contract in two days! Whitney touched base daily to let us know how things were progressing towards settlement. Her knowledge of the whole process really made it a stress free experience for us. I cannot say enough about her energy level, professionalism and personality! Whitney was a joy to work with throughout every phase of selling our house. She gave us very astute advice on several fronts. Whitney was available 24-7 not just for phone calls but also to let service people into the home. Text, e-mails and phone calls kept us aware up to the minute on all aspects of selling the house. Whitney is a really self-driven realtor with an awesome personality! Great photo shoot, great technical support. From getting the house ready to sell through closing Whitney offered timely advice that proved spot on, we had a ratified contract in two days!

Buyer reviewFrom the first home Whitney showed me it became obvious that she was putting great effort into understanding my needs. The property I settled on was being sold by the builder, so much of the contracts and inspections didn't need direct handling by Whitney, but she made sure to always stay in the loop and help push things along in my favor. Whitney quickly understood my needs and worked tirelessly within the time constraints I was under. She even continued to work through Independence Day even when she didn't have to. There were a few frustrating issues with the Seller/builder and the underwriting. But Whitney was top notch!

Seller reviewI lived about 2 hours from the property I was selling and Kathleen did an excellent job making it easy on me to do everything online or in a convenient location. She was very knowledgeable on staging the property to sell. It was important for me to sell the house quickly and she was able to that without sacrificing the sales price. I would definitely reccomend Kathleen to any of my family or friends.
