Seller reviewMy wife and I felt Wendy was more than accommodating to our needs and took the time explain the entire process to us and how each stage worked. I like to ask a lot of questions and she answered almost every question we had within the day and checked in to see how we were feeling during the entire process. The staff that showed our house while Wendy was gone were friendly and answered all of our questions promptly. From the first time we met Wendy we felt comfortable with her. She was professional, to the point, bold and took the time to explain everything to us and why she was doing the things she did. I never felt like she was withholding information from us. She always checked in with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything from her. She made the home selling process enjoyable and took away a lot of anxiety. It felt more like a long existing friendship than a business/professional relationship. We hope to stay in contact with Wendy in the future and will refer her to any of our family and friends attempting to buy or sell a home.

Buyer reviewI have done several transactions with Wendy, she is, in my opinion, if not thee best Real Estate Agent in Dane County, then she is most definately one of the best. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none in my opinion and her customer service is without a doubt absolutely top-notch. Any of my family who will be purchasing a home will be working with Wendy.

Seller reviewAfter losing my husband, it was hard to say goodbye to the home we shared for over 40 years. Wendy Grunewald was emphathetic with my situation and practically held my hand through the entire process. She was calm and kind and truly seemed to be genuinely concerned with how I was feeling. By the time of the closing I was so comfortable with the entire process that I was eager to get on to the next adventure. Wendy Grunewald said that she would check in to see how I was doing in my new home. Turns out it wasn't lip service. She really cares. I would recommend Wendy to anyone who is uncertain about the process. She is well-informed and explains things well. She isn't afraid to tackle any sticky situations that arise either. I would feel comfortable recommending her to anyone who wants personalized attention.

She anticipated our needs and researched alternatives and potential issues regarding properties we looked at and provided the back-round data we needed to formulate our purchasing decision. I respect her knowledge valued her counsel and input regarding items to include in the home we eventually decided to build, in order to facilitate its future "sale-ability".
