Wendy Grunewald is the type of agent that brings respectability to real estate. I always felt I could trust her views and she went the extra thousand miles to make sure everything was right. She stood right by me in my decision to drop a builder I felt was being less than straight with me and helped me pick right up with a new option that still fit most of my criteria. Wendy Grunewald was referred to us through a family member and she was the best thing that could have happened for us. We had moved out of state, and needed to sell our home in WI from a distance. She made the experience easy. She not only helped with offers but helped with scheduling work that needed to be done on the house. She knew that we needed to sell asap and she worked aggressively to get that done. We could not have sold the house without her. We will recommend her to everyone!
