Buyer reviewKarl is a GREAT agent! He is personable and knowledgable and goes the extra mile for his clients. I am using him for both sides of my transaction (buying a house and selling a house). He has made this process easier than I would have expected and gives his all to helps his clients. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for future moves. We stepped backed did our due diligence and interviewed multiple other realtors. In the end we went with the realtor we felt would best suit our needs best. Karl listened, keep in touch every step of the way, be it phone calls or texting and truly went above and beyond. We had an open house on a Friday night and had an offer Saturday afternoon He sold our house in two days!!! Karl supplies "5 Star" service in all aspects of selling your house.
