He had great connections with contractors to get items fixed from the inspection and he communicated very well throughout the home selling process. Karl was very courteous and professional. He communicated well and was very knowledgeable about home value, the inspection report, order of events, the closing process and everything in between. He was available any time I had questions. I would highly recommend him and would use him again in the future!
