Seller reviewWorking with Scott Hamblen to sell our home was a great experience !!! Scott was very knowledgeable when it came to real estate transactions and guided us in the right direction when it came to preparing our house to go on the market and pricing it to sell quickly. Scott was excellent at communicating, explaining paperwork and was always available if we had questions or concerns. This was an emotional sale for us and Scott dealt with everything with the utmost respect, he took his job very seriously but also had a great sense of humor that helped lighten up a situation when needed. Scott was very trustworthy, honest and had integrity, he is without a doubt the kind of person you want on your side when it comes to buying or selling a house.

Buyer reviewScott always reponded to my messages, emails and phone calls even after hours so to speak although I am convinced he doesn't really have "hours". He most generally responded immediately but on the rare occassion I had to leave a message he was extremely quick to get back to me. I feel Scott always had my best interest in mind through all phases of the sale of my two homes and purchase of my new home. He negotiated well on behalf in all three. Scott kept me abreast of every aspect and was also helpful to me in keeping my end of the responsibilities up to par. Of coarse, his end of the responsibities was always done timely and thoroughly. Overall I feel Scott is a true professional; honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I couldn't be happier with his performance!
