We found Sun City Grand to be most to our liking, and Scott never skipped a beat. He got right into representing us in Sun City Grand, coming down from Anthem almost daily. We especially liked the way Scott finessed the contingency aspect of our offer, including coordination with our realtor in San Jose and the contingencies there. Scott "moved heaven and earth" to get escrow closed on-time or early. We actually closed a day early, which was very helpful in our transition. We would recommend Scott Hamblen to family and friends because he is reliable, responsive and resourceful. His knowledge goes beyond real estate to the many functional details that make a house a home; or conversely make a house NOT the home we were looking for.
