Seller reviewMelinda Elmer and her team were so helpful and communicative. Melinda was our realtor for both the purchase of our home in 2014, and the sale of it in 2022. We were living out of state due to a job relocation when we decided to sell our home in Long Beach. Having someone that understood the market in the area as it was rapidly changing with rising interest rates provided great comfort. Also having a team that could get everything handled with out us being there, from staging, repairs, to hauling off items left behind in our storage shed made an often stressful time about as stress free as possible. We would definitely recommend Melinda Elmer to anyone we know, and we would without a doubt use her a third time if we are to move back the area in the future.
