Melinda took all this in stride and rolled with the punches. She approached our needs and purchase ability from numerous angles, always asking good and sometimes hard questions to get to the heart of what we needed and could afford. In the end, we didn't get exactly what we hoped for but it checked many of the boxes and Melinda and her team stuck with us through some confusing and complicated processes.
