Buyer reviewFelix Tamayo was helping us find a home to purchase and he was interested in helping us find a home that would not just fit our budget but also our lifestyle. He took it upon himself to protect us by working with a title company that would refund us our deposit and he also added a contingency since we planned on purchasing our home with cash but had not yet closed on our home. Felix is a very smart and likable person. He really knows the market and his numbers!
