They offered candid advice in a respectful way and were understanding of my situation. They knew the area, explained their pricing strategy clearly and I got a real sense that were going to work hard for the sale. Predictions of a quick sale were made, but I had my reservations. My home sold to the first couple that attended the first and only open house - for more than the asking price - just as predicted. Selling or buying a home is an emotional roller coaster, but Casey was always there to answer questions, lend guidance or just let me vent. I appreciated Casey's professionalism and kindness and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Casey was very responsive, arranging for a property showing at the height of the first wave of the COVID-19 outbreak when homes were not actively being shown. The first property didn't meet our requirements, and we subsequently viewed over 50 houses across 4 different states. Though our focus shifted, Casey Foreman always stayed in touch. In the end, we ended up right where we started purchasing a home in PA with Casey. The best part is that our final selection was the best house (built just 5 years ago out of 50 we viewed) and at the CHEAPEST price. Persistence paid off. We even closed within 30 days, almost unheard of during the 2020 housing boom. Dealing with Casey Foreman and Century 21 Pinnacle has been a great experience! Highly Recommended!
