He was also familiar with local township ordinance and officials, which was very important to us in buying this particular piece of land. Casey was excellent in the negotiation process and did everything possible in helping us to procure this land for us. Casey could see our vision and took note of what we wanted to do and helped us to achieve it. Casey was excellent in all aspects of procuring this land and we would highly recommend him as an agent.
