Seller reviewEmmett understood the property (semi rural) immediately and totally. He saw the style of the interior - which is very Mid Century- as a plus rather than a minus. He didn't recommend installing cheap granite countertops and fake wood floors as obviously many realtors do. His suggestions and decisions helped make my house a "standout" in the photos used for marketing it. What really makes the property special - an acre with an orchard and nice landscaping as well as a large garage/shop - was given real attention in the advertising of the property. This was very important to me. I am very happy to be able to express my thanks and appreciation to Emmitt for a job very well done.

After the first house fell through because she took the time, and her own money, to confirm a new detrimental disclosure, she insured that my offer on another home would be accepted. And it was despite multiple offers. She even worked with me on Easter Sunday! Kim spent the time to review each document with me. She is currently supervising the remodeling of my new home, at no charge and is keeping me updated while I am on vacation. She is a gem and I was very lucky to have worked with her and Emmet. They are a wonderful, caring and professional team I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for everything, Kim!
