Like Emmett, Kim Jacobi was very knowledgeable and helpful and after these initial showings, we scheduled an additional showing with her. We were living in Chester during the time we were buying this property; Emmett always kept us informed of any info helpful for us. We, especially appreciated his knowledge of house construction, offering really good ideas for dealing with concerns about how we might make changes that would improve houses we looked at. He used Docusign for nearly all of the documentation required, sparing us unnecessary travel. He NEVER hesitated or balked at any request or question we had for him. He was able to coordinate 6 different home inspections in 1 day, making it easy for us to be there and meet the inspectors.
