Buyer reviewBuying my house was exceptionally stressful. Not only was it a new build that involved many insecurities regarding completion dates etc, but we also had some very last minute documentations that were needed (on my side) and difficult to obtain in short notice. Through this all Kim stayed very positive, and kept me from going totally crazy stressing. She is an amazing agent, that honestly cares about her clients and the best outcome for them.

There were numerous opportunities that Emmett was able to work through to prevent an unfavorable showing of our home. He was great! He has a clear vision of how things should unfold and is always on the seller's team.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I knew that we wanted Kim Finland to be our Agent after our first encounter at one of her showings. She was kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. She gave us her business card and we called her a couple of days later to sell our land and to find us a home. Because of our tight budget and a long list of needs, Kim had her work cut out for her. If I owned my own Business I would want a Hundred Kim Finlans working for me, so I could rest assured that my Cliants were all be taken care of with the utmost care. Kim Finlan is a precious jewel, and if I did have my own Business I would steal her away from you....

Buyer reviewEmmett was the perfect realtor. I was an investor looking to acquire a condo/rental in a specific complex. He kept a very close eye on anything even potentially coming up for sale. He sent out mailers to owners to inquire if they were selling, which was very proactive. When a place did hit the market, it was a bank-owned. Which really means 3x the work on the realtor side. He guided me through the bank owned seller issues. Most important, he was very persistent with the bank's agent to be sure that we were first in line. Of course, when the bank accepted our offer, that was just the beginning of the problems that we encountered. The property had liens and other issues that the bank/seller had to take care of. Emmett kept with it at every step and surprisingly it only took another 30 days to close (I had expected at least 60 days would happen). I can't say enough about how great Emmett was. Persistent, he kept me informed, and dealt with the bank/seller in a very efficient fashion. Great work Emmett!
