Jay listed this property, as well as, another property of ours which sold last year. Jay has gone above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered, giving us wise counsel each step of the way. We are not saying that lightly. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and has the perfect personality for his calling. There are many real estate agents in this area but in our view, Jay Springs is the only real estate agent we will every work with. We trust Jay. We trust Jay with our properties we had worked so hard to acquire. (That being said, it should say it all.)

We also wanted a realtor who could give us a realistic view of the current market in order to get our property priced appropriately. Jay was always quickly responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. When we received an offer, Jay helped us negotiate the contract, and dealt with the demands of the buyers and their realtor. The best realtor we have worked with in the Myrtle Beach area, by far!
