He worked with us for over 6 months to make sure we found what we desired in a property and provided us information and his opinions on what we wanted to view. We trusted Jay to act as our proxy as we were not able to stay in Myrtle Beach for the duration of the process. He kept us updated daily as to what we needed to do or what we needed him to do on our behalf. We recommended Jay to one of our friends who we hope finds a Myrtle Beach property near us. Jay also made it a point to stop by and say hi when we were back in town, he's provided us with a list of contacts locally, to help us through the transition.
