Seller reviewI felt supported from the first phone call up to and including the closing of the sale. He was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Seller reviewI met Shannon because he was the only person that responded to a handyman need that I had. I found out then that he, and his wife Dani, was a real estate agent. He went out of his way, making time to help me. That in brief is who Shannon is, a great person. Shannon and Dani came up with the right price and a great listing. We got interest and an offer the same day. Still, that is just a start of the process and steps, negotiations, availability, knowledge and guidance were without compare. Shannon and Dani are trustworthy, straight forward, honest and a pleasure to interact with. They are passionate about what they do and are just really great people. Being great people is what makes them great real estate agents and great friends.

Seller reviewI highly recommend Shannon! Our family needed to sell a parcel of land in Sevierville, TN. We live out of state, we didn't know any realtors in the area, and we didn't know the value of the land. We tried reaching out to multiple realtors in the Sevierville, TN to start out with getting an appraisal. Shannon was the only one to get back with us and help us by running multiple comparative analyses for similar properties to get an idea of what our parcel was worth. We then decided to list our parcel with him. He was very helpful in advising us how much to list the parcel at and adjusting the listing price when we weren't getting any interest. He also did a great job with pictures and a video of the parcel to make our property look great. Shannon was also very responsive with any questions we had and was open to explain anything. We listed our parcel in September and closed by mid October. Shannon and his wife did a wonderful job and I can't thank him enough!
