Seller reviewI had tried to sell my cabin for over 9 months previously with two different realtors but was unsuccessful. I was looking for a realtor located in Sevierville, TN near my cabin, and had good reviews, so when I searched on Google Maps, Shannon appeared at the top of the list with the most positive reviews. That's when I contacted him and gave him the listing. During the selling process, Shannon had great communication with me and was very knowledgeable about the local market. He helped me coordinate buyer showings with the management company. He has great attention to detail and I'm very pleased with the successful outcome of the transaction to close. I would highly recommend Shannon great realtor and professional to work with.

We were buying from out of state and Shannon was so flexable and understanding with the three hour time difference. Shannon knew I would be unable to travel to Tennessee and that in order to purchase a new home, I would have to sell my current residence at the same time. I was very nervouse about the process but Shannon walked me through step-be-step, made sure I knew what to expect and offered expert advice that helped me through the negotiations. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. Shannon is friendly, energetic, intentional and knows the East Tennessee market well.
