Seller reviewI think she is a good person to work with. However, I did not like that the buyer reduced the price of the home at the last minute.She is very good at staying professional, polite and calm during the process. The close of escrow and amendments before the close of escrow were changed more than 5 times. At the most it should happen once. THEN, at the last few days, right before closing, a STORM knocks down the fence. She was good about the news and handling the situation. I liked how Melanie's assistant would handle the messages. This allowed me to stay informed.
