The inspections were setup & completed quickly as was any upgrades or cleanup that needed to be done. I would definitely use them again. We were sent updates every step of the way while it was for sale & during the sale pending time. Valerie took the stress out of selling a house, especially since we don't live in the area full time.

Buyer reviewI would absolutely recommend Valerie Olson to anyone looking for a home in the Arnold/Murphys area. She has outstanding knowledge of the different neighborhoods and market conditions. The transaction process was efficient despite us negotiating from out of the area. This included her making several trips to the property to gather information for our inusrance agent like time stamped photos of the house. After closing escrow, she continues to provide support. We have never owned a mountain property and really appreciate the guidance regarding home maintenance as well as referrals to various services.
