Seller reviewBot a vacation home with Valerie's help 6.5 years ago ..... she was outstanding then. And thus we definitely wanted to have her help us sell that same property once we had made that decision. Because of their expertise (Her and her husband), all the details were addressed before the house was actually on MLS. This worked out excellent because the process once listed was very smooth. Live on MLS on Thursday afternoon and we had a contract signed 3 days later - professionally negotiated by Valerie. And she managed the chaos of multiple offers. We will definitely ask Valerie Olson to help us at some point down the road when we decide to once again have a mountain retreat in that area.
