Seller reviewSuzanne and Kathy Patterson introduced themselves as a team. It was my experience that Kathy managed the sale from beginning to end. Almost all of of my communications and dealing began and ended with Kathy. Kathy was knowledgable and helpful in all aspects of the sale. I am not from the area and there are some idiosyncrosies selling in the high desert. Kathy advised before hand and it pretty much played out as she said. That's testament to her experience. The sale happened timely and efficiently, in spite of some buyer induced challenges. Thanks very much Kathy - i highly recommend you.
