Seller reviewAll things considered Kathy provided the ideal support my family and I needed to go through the sale of our property. The ongoing consistent efforts of dealing with our family, the other relator/buyer, the HOA, escrow, the 'crazy' lender, and I'm sure the C21's office, took Kathy's amazing quality of tenacity, perseverance, and poise (especially being a buffer as for going through all the issues pertaining to the lender) to another level. Much more positivity could be said about how things were handled. So on a final note, let's just say she and her partner Suzanne Good are the ones we would not only choose, but recommend to do any future dealings with real-estate in the high desert region. Seller reviewSuzanne made this process so easy for me. Being 79 years old, the thought of moving seemed overwhelming. Suzanne and Kathy came over to explain how each step was going to work. They listened to my requests of what I wanted and continued to help each day there after! She felt like family during this process and I've continued to talk to her afterwards. Moving out of state could have been a challenge but she worked very hard to make it an easy transition and an enjoyable experience.
