I've actually been looking forward to working with Terry for years. Before he entered real estate, we were coworkers. In fact, he was my manager and mentor, so I knew the knowledge, competence, and energy he would bring when I was ready to buy my first house. And when I went to open houses and told other agents that I was working with Terry, I heard nothing but positive feedback: "You're working with Downtown Terry Brown? Lucky!" I agree! Terry was the perfect agent for me. He always responds right away, he notices small details, and he's well-connected. He quickly gained a sense of what I wanted, and also understood when I changed my mind about certain things. He also has a lot of practical points and creative ideas that helped me visualize living in the spaces we visited. He's patient and easy to talk to, and he has a great sense of humor. He made a complicated process easy to understand. I didn't have to worry about anything, which is definitely saying something for me. In fact, I felt confident throughout the whole journey. A crucial part of home-buying, at least for first-time buyers like me, is education. I'd lived on my own for many years, but I had a lot to learn about home ownership. That information gave me expectations and a base to ask myself what I wanted, so I could set out on the search process confidently. Everything went smoothly, and all of the professionals Terry recommended (home inspector, mortgage broker, etc.) were easy to work with too. Two months in, I'm really happy with my house. I shouldn't be surprised - things tend to go well with Terry Brown steering the ship.

When it came time to sell my home, I knew I wanted to work with Terry again. Even though my new company provided a Realtor for my move, I asked they instead allow Terry to handle it. As expected, he provided valuable insight into the marketing plan and produced multiple offers on the first day. As I had already moved out of state when it went on the market, Terry handled every aspect of the deal. This included items from finding a company to complete minor repairs, grabbing my mail before closing, and even mowing my yard when my person fell through!

Terry gave me my whole life with his selling performance. From expertly pricing my property to advising me on multiple offers that came from prospective buyers, Terry was a skilled professional. Most impressive, however, was the level of service that Terry provided after I accepted an offer. Terry was extremely helpful to me during a busy time for me professionally, always offering to meet various contractors at my property so that I could stay in the office and even taking care of my pet when I was out of town. With Terry as my realtor, I felt at ease at every step of the process. Terry is the best! Officially!
