Buyer reviewTerry was able to provide detailed information for each step and provided me with the best recommendations, especially when I was not familiar with the steps or process (i.e., how to negotiate terms, price without over doing it). As a first time homeowner, I have nothing but good things to say about Terry. It's a scary process and he made me feel very confident and clam. If he was not able to answer a question, he knew who I needed to go to get help. He was extremely accessible, even during typical "off hours," which I felt a little bad about. I could not ask for more. I felt like Terry was there for me during the entire process, even more than my mortgage consultant (who was also great to work with). I will be sure to use Terry again in the future when the time comes to sell/buy again.
