Buyer reviewTerry Brown is the nicest guy! We actually met a few brokers, but were really drawn to Terry because he is so down to earth and understanding. This was our first house, and he really helped us along the way. He was patient with us the entire time as we really had no idea what exactly we were in search for. Terry knows downtown and the surrounding area very well!

The first thing that stands out about Terry is that his communication approach is beyond compare. I struggle to think of a time when it took him longer than a few minutes to respond to any question. Additionally, he never made me feel like an inconvenience and was very accommodating of my schedule throughout the home buying process. Simply put, Terry cares. From our very first meeting, he listened to what I was looking to find, provided honest feedback, and worked hard to make it a reality. Even after the sale, Terry has kept in contact regarding new coffee shops opening in my area and seeing how I am doing with the new home. Buyer reviewIt was really important to have a broker who listened to our wants and needs and had a knowledge of the local market and neighborhoods to see where we'd be most likely to find what we want. Terry met those needs and more. He put in late nights and weekends, was always available for a quick trip out to see a place and knew what asking prices were reasonable and which were above market. He really listened to what we needed and knew exactly the right neighborhoods to look in. Really a top notch experience. I would recommend Terry to absolutely anyone and everyone. He was always polite, on time, well-informed, no nonsense, funny, and available. I felt like I could call or text Terry anytime that I had a question. He made what can be a stressful process much easier and frankly kind of fun. I really can't say enough about what good service we feel like Terry provided.
