Buyer reviewTerry was recommended by mutual friends. He did a good job of reviewing what I liked and tailoring our search. He provided recommendations, including pointing out pros and cons of properties. He organized a full day of searches and dropped everything when I needed to quickly return to a prospective house to determine if I was going to make an offer. My first offer was accepted and the remainder of the process went just as smoothly with Terry helping coordinate most aspects.

Buyer reviewWhen I first met Terry, he showed us a few existing homes in the Fountain Square area. After taking the time to really listen to what exactly I was wanting and looking for in a home, he recommended I look into the possibility of building a custom home in the downtown area. He introduced me to builders and architects and did all the initial planning with me. It turned into a very long process and road, but he never back away from anything I needed from him. He was there for me every step of the way thru emails, phone calls, texts and he responded no matter what time of the day it was. Terry is a true professional and he takes his job very seriously and takes the time to get to know his clients personally along the way to ensure everything is the right fit and aligns with the client's goals. I would highly recommend Terry Brown to anyone looking for a realtor. He knows the downtown area very well and I plan to send people to him for a very long time. I will also use Terry in the future for other homes and to sell my homes too. Thank you Terry Brown!

Seller reviewMy experience selling my condo in downtown Indy was nothing but great thanks to Terry. I'm an out of town seller, so I relied on Terry for pretty much everything. His knowledge, accountability, and trustworthiness helped me to feel secure that my transaction was in good hands. He never stopped working to sell the condo. By doing open houses and keeping up with the market variables, he was able to bring a buyer. He took care of the inspection, brought a general contractor to do minor repairs, kept in touch with the association among other things. Terry is a hard worker individual that has the knowledge to get the job done. I highly recommend him.

This was our first house, and he really helped us along the way. He was patient with us the entire time as we really had no idea what exactly we were in search for. Terry knows downtown and the surrounding area very well!
