Seller reviewThelma Miler went above and beyond in helping me sell my house. Since I live out of the country, she handled problems that I couldn't and she dealt with neighbor issues that had stopped 3 prior sales of this property. I don't think I could have found anyone to do what she did for me! There was so much involved with the selling of this house and Thelma never gave up. She was relentless. And determined. And calm! Very important when dealing with a frenzied seller. Her team, Charlene and Terry, were there for me any time I had questions or issues. They were a huge help to Thelma and me in our quest to sell the property. I thank all of you. It's been quite a journey.

Buyer reviewCharlene is an astute real estate professional with a solid expertise in the Greater New Orleans area. She has an understanding of a buyer's needs and was quick to make additional recommendations based on the local extreme weather consideration such as the benefits of natural gas, the value of hurricane shudders, etc. Most important is her personable nature. She communicates frequently and fluidly. I absolutely loved working with Charlene and will be glad to work with her again!
