I have used Andy to buy and sell two houses and each time it's a great experience! His local knowledge and market knowledge is amazing. He was able to get above asking price both times and each time my house sold basically the first day. Would go to Andy for any realtor needs.

I called Andy to ask him some questions about the process of selling my mothers home, she had a magnet on her refrigerator that she received from a direct mailing, WOW what a great discovery for me! He was so polite and helpful, he came by to chat and see the property, Mom and I had not made any firm decisions about selling yet but wanted to gather information. Andy was so helpful, I immediately had a good feeling about him as a person. A few months after our initial meeting we decided to proceed with selling. I reached out to Andy again and also contacted a couple other people. After meeting with others I knew Andy would be who we would use. His integrity stood out! When we started the process he was very conscientious of my Mother making sure she understood everything, he came to the house and completed all the paperwork with us. He didn't just hand us a package of paperwork and ask us to fill it out with no explanation. He answered all of our questions completely leaving no doubt we had made the right decision. Our process was a little more challenging, after the initial paperwork was completed the rest of it would need to be done remotely Andy was there to explain everything, every step of the way. The process went very smoothly all the way down the closing. Thank you Andy!!

Emily was always so happy and excited for us. She is extremely patient, shifting direction easily as we honed in on what we wanted or didn't want. Emily made it happen for us, even on short notice.
