After sitting on the market for 1 year with another realtor; Tony was able to find a buyer himself and negotiated a rent back for 30 days at no cost. He also called dozens of assisted living/ group homes and found my brother a place to live out the rest of his days in peace. If it were not for Tony, my brother would have passed in the home alone and would have left our family to deal with the existing mess from out of state. He was extremely patient, understanding and went above and beyond. We'd definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to sell. The home was located on 878 Chaste Ct. Henderson NV 89015

He marketed the property before it even hit the market and when it did hit the market, I had 5 solid offers in a few days and a week after putting the house up for sale, I was in escrow! Tony has proven to be a trustworthy professional who goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Anytime I needed him for questions or concerns, he made himself available for me and my family.
