Hi, my name is Amber Castles, I've been in the real estate industry since 2013, although I've lived in Northern Virginia for the past 15 years! My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. I was first introduced to the industry when I was offered an apprenticeship with Kelly Normand of CENTURY21 New Millennium, where I was able to begin and grow my business alongside an experienced and very knowledgeable agent. Buyer reviewAmber is so personable that she became like a trusted family member. I'm going to miss talking with her frequently! Amber Castles was our daughter's realtor for both selling and buying a new home. When we decided to move, we knew Amber was the perfect realtor for us. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can to ensure that we are getting top service. She's very knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying and selling. She responded quickly to our texts or phone calls. She also has a great personality. She's positive, upbeat, kind, caring and the perfect realtor! At our age we've worked with many realtors and Amber is by far the best of them all. We like her so much that we also had her sell some land that we had. We'll recommend her to our friends knowing that Amber will work hard for them. We had some difficult sellers but Amber Castles worked through every situation with confidence and our best interests in mind. Her knowledge and advice made for a great experience for us. Amber Castles is a gem. She's a tough cookie when she needs to be. We're so glad we met her through our daughter's selling and buying experience. She worked perfectly with and for us. Seller reviewOur experience with Amber Castles was excellent! To start with, she came to our house before it was ready to list to give her advice and where to start to get it ready. She was honest and realistic, but always optimistic - basically becoming our biggest cheerleader as we prepped our home. She has a great attitude and knows the market in this area so well. Through the process of contracts and negotiations, she was always on our team and willing to fight for us as her clients. She kept us informed on her plans and research. She even looked into some county codes to find information for buyers. Selling a house is hard work, but working with Amber will make it a lot easier.

Seller reviewAmber and her team of real estate professionals recently sold our single-family home in Warrenton, VA. We have utilized Amber's services on a number of real estate transactions over the past several years as we are real estate investors, but this was different since it had been our principal residence for the past 20 years. Needless to say, we were somewhat emotional letting our home of 20 years go, but Amber handled the listing, showings and sale with professionalism and sensitivity. She set a price point that we had thought at the time was a little high, but by the time all showings and contracts were said and done we accepted an offer that was $35,000 above the price point that she had set. She guided the sales process through to completion always keeping us informed while dealing with a buyer's agent who was unprofessional and rude. Don't let Amber's polite and cheery manner fool you – when needed, she will keep an opposing agent in line and fight hard for her client every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about Amber. If you want a professional real estate agent who is knowledgeable, cooperative and reasonable, and will fight for her client, give Amber a call.
