Hi, my name is Amber Castles, I've been in the real estate industry since 2013, although I've lived in Northern Virginia for the past 15 years! My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. I was first introduced to the industry when I was offered an apprenticeship with Kelly Normand of CENTURY21 New Millennium, where I was able to begin and grow my business alongside an experienced and very knowledgeable agent. Buyer reviewI have been a real estate investor for several years now. I have had several different real estate agents in the past, but have been using Amber Castles' services since being introduced to her about 5 years ago. I have stayed with Amber because she is knowledgeable, professional, caring, dedicated and understanding of my needs as a real estate investor. In this particular transaction, I was on vacation in Canada when the listing came on the market. We had been looking for a condo in Basye for quite some time. I did not want to lose the opportunity, so asked Amber to visit the property on my behalf and give me her thoughts. She gave a precise assessment of the property and took lots of pictures. We completed the deal before I returned to Virginia. Upon seeing the property in person we were very pleased. Amber, as usual, saw the purchase through from start to finish even though she was on vacation for the latter part of the transaction. Amber's performance was superb, as it always has been. Amber Castles will remain our real estate agent for many years to come.

Seller reviewI can't say enough positive things about Amber Castles. She did everything she said she would do and much more. She realistically priced our home to make it attractive to multiple buyers, and in the end she got us an amazing price. Amber could not have made this process any easier on us. She was SO positive, friendly, kind and upbeat. She offered great suggestions and listened when we had any concerns. Amber was available to us 24/7. Day, night, weekends, all hours. She responded quickly to texts and emails and always had the answer to any question. She was extremely knowledgeable of the process of selling homes and I had complete confidence in her from the moment she walked in our front door. She always went above and beyond what was expected and never ceased to amaze me. I would enlist Amber's services again in the future and I would HAPPILY recommend her to anyone I know who's looking for a fantastic broker.

Buyer reviewWe knew that likely we would not be able to tour properties prior to buying. So any purchase depended on developing a relationship with an agent that equaled the trust of family. Amber was our eye on the ground. She was "us" at the showings, taking video, pointing out things that she herself liked or would be concerned about if she were the buyer. Communication by text, phone, and email was spot on. She did not bury us with information, but got answers to our questions fast enough to get a good offer in. She pointed us toward funding, and her recommended title company, Bay County, was as efficient as Amber had been. We are thrilled all the way around, and in Amber we have our first new friend in Virginia. If Amber Castles is the face of Century 21 New Millennium, your agency is amazing.
