Jason "Chip" Ruff: "Making Dreams Come True One Home at A Time"Even though I grew up as a military brat and moved all around the country, I spent the majority of my upbringing here and I have always considered Jacksonville, North Carolina to be home. Prior to joining the Marine Corps, I attended Campbell University and UNC Charlotte before finally graduating with a Business Management degree while serving in the Marine Corps. My extremely supportive wife Hope and I have three amazing daughters. We take full advantage of living so close to such beautiful beaches and love spending time with family and friends.I had a small season in my life that I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do career wise. I had multiple people in my life encourage me to pursue becoming a real estate agent. The more I looked into it, the more I truly felt called to it. Helping people has always been something I have been passionate about, and I will make it my mission and go full out when it comes to helping people find their dream home. With integrity and dedication, I will make your dream home desires and your family's needs my top priority!

Seller reviewChip was an awesome Realtor! We had so many questions about the selling process and he went above and beyond to make sure we understand everything! I'm very sketchy about who I hire but he was referred by a friend and I understand why. He was very knowledgeable and understanding anytime we couldn't do something or when money was tight. He always made sure to find a way to make things affordable for us when it came to the selling expenses outside of the closing costs. Chip is awesome and if you haven't worked with him, you should.
